Your account
1. Only humans above the age of 13 are permitted to register for an account on Userlove. The creation of accounts using “bots” or any other automated methods is prohibited.
2. Users must provide valid email addresses, company names, and other required information during the registration process.
3. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. Userlove is not liable for any loss or harm resulting from users’ failure to comply with this security obligation. Personally identifiable information provided to Userlove will be governed by the Privacy Policy.
4. Account Limit: Only one free account is allowed per person or legal entity.
5. Site Usage: The Userlove Site may not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Users may not violate any laws in their jurisdiction, including copyright law, while using the Userlove Site.
Services, Pricing and Refunds
A valid credit card is required to pay for a Userlove account, except where other arrangements have been made. Userlove services are billed in advance, and all monthly and yearly payments are non-refundable.
Users are responsible for paying any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, except for federal and state taxes in the United States
Breaching these Service Agreement Conditions
Userlove has the right to investigate and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law anyone who breaks these Terms of Service. Userlove has the right to pre-screen or monitor users’ access to or use of the Userlove product and services, and to remove or delete any content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable.

Account Cancellation: It’s up to the user to send an email to support@userlove.io with “Account Cancellation” in the subject line to cancel their account. Cancellations happen at the end of the current service period, and you don’t get a refund for time you didn’t use.
Cancellation and Termination
Userlove can close free or trial accounts that haven’t been used in sixty (60) days or trial accounts that don’t have a way to pay thirty (30) days after they’ve ended. Userlove can suspend or delete accounts if users break these Terms of Service. If this happens, the account will be deactivated or deleted, and all content will be lost.
Copyright and Content Ownership: Userlove makes no claims to having any intellectual property rights over the content that users upload or create in their accounts. Any content that belongs to users remains their property.That a party that tells its lawyers or accountants about something like this will still be responsible for making sure that those lawyers or accountants follow this “confidentiality” section
Userlove can change or stop running the Userlove Site (or any part of it) at any time and without warning.
